This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Lunchtronics Enterprise via our website Lunchtronics.com and our physical store Lunctronics E-Cafe.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. General Policy
All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are confirmed to be defective.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
3. Defective Items
Items that are defective may be eligible for a replacement only.
To qualify:
- The issue must be reported within 6 hours from the time of purchase or delivery
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
All defective claims are subject to inspection and approval.
4. Return Method
All approved returns must be made:
- At our physical store, or
- At a mutually agreed location
We do not provide return-by-mail services unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Items priced under RM 3
- Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
- Items without original packaging
- Items without valid proof of purchase
6. Food and Third-Party Vendor Products
For food and beverages sold by third-party vendors through our platform or store:
- Lunchtronics Enterprise is not responsible for refunds, returns, or quality issues
- Customers must contact the respective vendor directly for any issues or complaints
We may assist in facilitating communication, but the final resolution lies with the vendor.
7. Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Approved defective items will be replaced with the same or equivalent product, subject to availability.
