Orders are confirmed upon successful checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including cases of incorrect pricing or stock issues.

Payments are processed through approved payment methods available at checkout. Until payment gateway approval, alternative methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD) may be used.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Port Dickson using GrabExpress. Delivery timing depends on rider availability and order time.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within a reasonable period after delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the order.
